Privacy policy

Udyog Planner(“we”, “us”) operates the production scheduling SaaS available at your workspace-specific subdomain of udyogplanner.com (for example yourshop.udyogplanner.com) and the marketing site at udyogplanner.com. This policy describes what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

For each workspace user we collect an email address, a name, and a password hash. For scheduling data we store everything you create inside the app (machines, operations, dependencies, calendar entries, notifications), alongside metadata about who created or modified them.

Workspace data is used solely to operate the scheduler for your workspace. We do not sell, share, or use customer data to train third-party AI models.

Every domain row in the database carries a workspace_id and is gated by Postgres row-level security. No request can read rows belonging to a workspace the requesting user does not belong to.

We use Supabase for database hosting and authentication, and Vercel for static site hosting. Both are GDPR-compliant subprocessors. We will publish a complete and up-to-date subprocessor list before general availability.

You can request export or deletion of your workspace data at any time by emailing info@udyogplanner.com.
