By creating a workspace on Udyog Planner, accessed at your workspace-specific subdomain of udyogplanner.com (for example yourshop.udyogplanner.com), you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and any organization you represent.

Each workspace is an isolated tenant. You are responsible for managing the users you invite into your workspace and for the accuracy of the data they enter.

You may not use Udyog Planner to host malicious content, to attempt to compromise the service or its other tenants, or in any way that violates applicable law.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee a specific uptime percentage during preview / early-access. Planned maintenance windows will be announced in advance where possible.

Your workspace data is yours. You can export or delete it at any time. We will retain backups for a limited period to recover from accidents and will not use your data to train third-party AI models.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Udyog Planneris provided “as is” without warranty. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We may revise these terms periodically. Material changes will be announced via in-app banner and email at least 14 days before they take effect.
